Brian Riley competed in the 2004 Arnold Classic, spent 21 years at Harley-Davidson, and in 2024 opened a car shop on Germanna Highway with a mission he can say in one line: treat every customer like family, with transparency, integrity, and expert care.

He lives in Spotsylvania County with his wife Joy and their German Shepherd, Josie. This is how he got from a Pennsylvania farm to the shop on Germanna Highway.

The farm
Born in Gettysburg, raised in Littlestown, Pennsylvania, working the family farm. That is where the work ethic came from.

His father's cars
His father was a military veteran, and he is the reason Brian loves cars. His father passed away when Brian was 14.

The barbell
Brian became a professional powerlifter. He competed in the 2004 Arnold Classic and set several world records. One of them still stands.

An Associate Degree in Automotive Technology, then turning wrenches at a car dealership.

In 2024 he opened Car Doctor+ at 4219 Germanna Hwy in Locust Grove, with one rule written into the mission.
The floor he built the shop around
Alignment, tire work and lift work happen on the shop's own equipment. The shop holds AutoZone Elite status, and the technicians are ASE-certified. The team counts over 30 years of experience in the industry between them.
Tires, balancing and four-wheel alignment are done on the shop’s own equipment.
